Terms & Conditions

We want every interaction with our website and client services team to feel clear, comfortable, and straightforward. These terms explain how our website, registrations, bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and related services are handled, with an emphasis on respectful communication and fair solutions.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to registrations, enquiries, bookings, membership services, and other services offered through it.

By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to your interaction. If a separate written agreement or booking confirmation contains specific terms for a particular service, those specific terms will apply to that service where they differ from these general terms.

We aim to explain arrangements in plain language and answer reasonable questions before a client makes a commitment. Please contact the team if you would like clarification about any provision.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes, including exploring available services, reviewing information, contacting the team, and submitting registrations or requests.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security, availability, or operation.
  • Submit information that you know to be materially false or misleading.
  • Attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, or information without authorization.
  • Copy, exploit, or redistribute protected website content without permission.

We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the website when needed for maintenance, security, or service improvements. Where reasonably practical, we will seek to minimize disruption.

3. Services and Experiences

Website pages may describe fan membership, event-related services, VIP experiences, meet-and-greet opportunities, backstage-related arrangements, and other client services.

Each service is subject to its specific description, availability, written confirmation, and any terms provided before payment. Inclusions may vary by package, event, date, venue, and arrangement.

We will communicate the applicable inclusions and any material limitations that are known at the time of booking. Clients are encouraged to review those details and ask questions before completing a payment.

A general description, promotional image, membership registration, or initial enquiry does not by itself guarantee a particular event, artist appearance, personal meeting, backstage entry, photograph, autograph, travel arrangement, or other specific benefit. Such benefits are included only when expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized service representative.

4. Bookings and Confirmations

We aim to make booking simple and transparent. The usual process may include the following steps:

  1. You review the service description and submit a booking request or registration.
  2. The team reviews the request and confirms availability, relevant details, and applicable pricing.
  3. You receive the payment instructions and any terms specific to the service.
  4. Where payment is required, you complete the agreed payment process.
  5. The team provides written confirmation identifying the service and the arrangements agreed.

The precise process may vary by service. A form submission or automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only; a booking is confirmed when the team provides written confirmation that identifies the agreed arrangement.

If any detail needs clarification, we will work with you to resolve it before treating the arrangement as finalized. Please retain your confirmation and relevant correspondence for your records.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the relevant page or quotation. Where applicable, the team will confirm the total amount payable, what is included, the payment schedule, and any additional charges known at the time of booking.

  • Payment instructions: Please use the payment method and recipient details provided through the agreed booking process.
  • Installments: If installments are offered, the amounts and due dates will be set out in writing.
  • Additional expenses: Travel, accommodation, transportation, taxes, venue charges, or other third-party expenses are included only when the written offer says so.
  • Receipts: Clients may request written acknowledgement of payments and confirmation of the amount received.
  • Payment errors: If you believe a payment was duplicated, incorrectly recorded, or sent in error, please contact the team so the transaction can be reviewed.

We will not knowingly change an agreed price after confirmation without explaining the reason and obtaining your agreement where additional payment is required. If a material change affects your booking and you do not wish to accept it, the team will discuss the available options with you.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our aim is to handle cancellation and refund requests respectfully, promptly, and fairly. Please contact the team as soon as you know you need to cancel or change an arrangement.

6.1 Client Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel a booking, please email the support team with your name, booking reference if available, the service concerned, and a brief explanation of your request.

The team will review the booking terms, the stage of preparation, any third-party commitments already made, and any amounts that can reasonably be recovered. We will explain the options available to you, which may include a full refund, a partial refund, rescheduling, or a credit toward a future service.

6.2 Refund Eligibility

Unless different terms were clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before payment, the following principles apply:

  • If a service is cancelled by the service provider and no suitable replacement or rescheduled arrangement is agreed, a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service will be offered.
  • If a booking cannot be delivered as materially described, the team will work with you to agree a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement arrangement, rescheduling, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
  • If you cancel, the team will assess the refund available under the terms of your confirmed booking and the costs or commitments already incurred for that booking.
  • Where a portion of a service has already been delivered, any refund will take account of the undelivered portion and the specific terms agreed for that service.
  • Where a payment was duplicated or an amount was received in error, the team will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction when the error is verified.

6.3 Deposits and Advance Payments

Any deposit, reservation payment, or advance payment will be explained before you pay, including its purpose and any applicable cancellation terms. We will not describe a payment as non-refundable unless that condition has been clearly disclosed before payment and accepted as part of the booking terms.

6.4 Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, we will confirm the amount and intended payment method. Refunds will normally be sent through the original payment method where reasonably possible. If that method is unavailable, the team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative.

We aim to initiate approved refunds within 10 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6.5 Third-Party Costs

Where a booking includes separate third-party services, such as flights, hotels, transportation, or venue reservations, those providers may have their own cancellation and refund terms. Before payment, we will identify any material third-party conditions known to us. We will assist with relevant enquiries where the booking was arranged through our service, but cannot promise a refund that a separate provider has not approved.

6.6 How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@steveperryonline.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include the booking reference, payment date, amount, and the resolution you are requesting. Please do not email full payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials.

7. Rescheduling and Changes

If your availability changes, please contact the team. Where practical, we will explore alternative dates, times, or arrangements that suit you and remain available.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and any relevant venue, event, supplier, or booking conditions. If a proposed change affects the price or the service inclusions, the team will explain the difference before asking you to confirm the change.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the refund policy and the specific terms of your booking will apply. We will communicate available options clearly and without unnecessary delay.

8. Events, Availability, and Changes to Arrangements

Event schedules, venue requirements, performer availability, and other arrangements can change. Where a confirmed booking is affected, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the contact details provided with the booking.

If a change materially affects the service you purchased, the team will explain the available alternatives. Depending on the circumstances and the confirmed booking terms, these may include an alternative arrangement, a new date, a credit, or a refund for the undelivered service.

Please keep your contact information current and check relevant booking communications before travelling to an event or venue.

9. Travel and Accommodation

Some services may involve travel, accommodation, transportation, or other arrangements. Unless expressly included in your written confirmation, these expenses remain separate from the price of the experience or service.

Where travel arrangements are coordinated on your behalf, the applicable itinerary, suppliers, inclusions, costs, and payment terms will be communicated as part of the agreed arrangement. Supplier availability and booking conditions may apply.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the travel documents, permissions, and personal arrangements required for their journey. We will communicate any requirements known to us that are relevant to the service being coordinated.

Changes or cancellations affecting travel may be subject to separate airline, hotel, transportation, insurance, or supplier terms. We will assist with communication where reasonably possible when arrangements have been made through our service.

10. Communication and Client Support

We aim to provide courteous, clear, and helpful communication throughout the client journey. You may contact the support team with questions about services, booking details, payments, confirmations, cancellations, or refunds.

Please provide accurate contact details and enough information for the team to locate your request. We aim to acknowledge messages within a reasonable period and provide updates when additional review is required.

Response times may vary during busy periods, weekends, holidays, or when a request requires confirmation from a venue or third-party provider. We will endeavour to keep you informed where a resolution takes additional time.

Written confirmations and correspondence should be retained as a record of the agreed arrangements.

11. Fan Membership and Registration

Membership services, where offered, are governed by the description, price, duration, and benefits shown at the time of registration or in the written confirmation.

Membership registration does not automatically include event admission, backstage access, private meetings, personal appearances, photographs, autographs, travel, or any other benefit unless that benefit is expressly included in the applicable membership description or separately confirmed in writing.

Membership details and benefits may be updated from time to time. Any material change to an existing paid membership will be handled with reasonable consideration for the terms already agreed with the member.

If a membership includes renewal or recurring payment, the applicable renewal frequency, price, and cancellation process will be disclosed before you agree to it. A one-time payment will not be treated as authorization for recurring charges.

Refund requests relating to membership are handled under the refund terms disclosed at purchase and the general principles in Section 6.

12. Client Conduct

We welcome respectful communication and aim to treat all clients fairly. In return, clients are expected to communicate honestly and treat team members, suppliers, venue staff, and other participants respectfully.

If a concern arises, we will seek a constructive resolution wherever practical. Where there is credible evidence of fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful activity, or a serious security concern, reasonable steps may be taken to protect individuals, systems, and services.

Any restriction affecting a confirmed paid booking will be considered in light of the circumstances and applicable booking terms. Where appropriate, the team will explain the next steps and any available resolution.

13. Intellectual Property

Website text, layouts, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to applicable rights and restrictions.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without the necessary permission. Names, images, marks, and media belonging to third parties remain subject to their respective rights.

If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, please contact the support team with sufficient information for the concern to be reviewed.

14. Third-Party Services and Providers

Some services may depend on external websites, payment processors, venues, event organizers, travel suppliers, or other independent providers. Their availability, terms, schedules, and performance may be outside our direct control.

Where a third party is responsible for a separate part of your booking, the relevant terms will apply to that part. We will endeavour to explain material dependencies that are known to us and assist with communication where appropriate.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information may be used to respond to requests, administer bookings, provide services, process payments, maintain records, and communicate relevant updates.

Please submit only information reasonably necessary for your request and avoid sending passwords, full payment card details, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary email.

16. Responsibility and Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and handle agreed services with reasonable care. If you believe an error has occurred or an agreed service has not been delivered as described, please contact the team so that the matter can be reviewed.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated as arrangements change. Information becomes specific to your booking when confirmed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, independent third-party actions, or a client’s failure to provide necessary accurate information. This provision does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit any rights that applicable law protects.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer protection, refund, or other legal right that applies to your transaction.

17. Unforeseen Circumstances

Events such as severe weather, travel disruption, venue closure, public emergencies, technical outages, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect a service or event.

If such a circumstance affects your confirmed arrangement, we will endeavour to communicate the situation and explore practical alternatives. Depending on the circumstances, the available solution may include rescheduling, a substitute arrangement, a credit, or a refund for the portion of the service that cannot be delivered, subject to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

18. Questions, Concerns, and Disputes

We encourage clients to raise questions or concerns directly with the support team first. Many issues can be resolved through clarification, correction of an error, rescheduling, or another mutually acceptable arrangement.

When contacting us about a concern, please include the relevant booking details, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the information fairly and communicate our response.

If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it will be addressed under the applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution provisions expressly agreed for the relevant service.

19. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to website features, services, operational processes, or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes generally apply from the date they are published. Unless required by law or agreed with you, changes will not retrospectively remove specific benefits or rights already confirmed in writing for a paid booking.

20. Contact

For questions about these Terms & Conditions, booking arrangements, cancellations, payments, or refunds, please contact the client support team by email.
